Stephen has served as lead pastor at FBCnl since 2008. He is a graduate of Cedarville University and Liberty Seminary and has been in ministry since 1999. Stephen and his wife, Charity, have been married for 16 years and have four children: Madeline, Charles, Sophia and Addison.

AARON BUCHANAN [DIRECTOR OF FAMILY MINISTRIES]
Aaron recently joined our staff as the Director of Family Ministries. He is responsible for the oversight of our children (birth - 6th grade) and students (7th - 12th grade.) Aaron is a native Ohio Buckeye and his wife, Lauren, who is from Indiana, recently returned to Ohio after attending school and serving in Virginia.

Dawn Etter [OUTREACH]
Dawn has been serving FBCnl for many years and currently runs the Village Pantry, along with being one of our lead preschool volunteers. She assists in the day to day operations helps keep every on track.

CHARITY BETTS [CONNECTIONS]
Charity has been serving at FBCnl since 2008 in a variety of ways throughout the church. She is passionate about getting plugged into serving opportunities and into Groups. Stop by Connections and see her on Sundays.

Tari has been on staff at FBCnl since 1998. She has been married to her husband, Ron, for over 40 years and have two daughters, Heather (married to Greg) and Shelley (married to Alvin). Tari is the proud grandma to three grandsons: Dylan, Jacob and Carter and enjoys anything having to do with her family... and shopping.

MARVIN WATKINS [FINANCE]
Marvin has served FBCnl in some financial capacity for nearly 40 years, and as treasurer for more than 20 years. Marvin and his wife, Betty, a charter member of FBCnl, love seeing younger families join the church and hearing the more and more children running through the hallways.

RANDY ETTER [HEAD TRUSTEE]
Randy has been serving as a trustee for over seven years. He and a team of men have oversight and take care of FBCnl's property, buildings and equipment. Randy also serves with his wife, Dawn, in our preschool worship environment.
